We just bought a CPO vehicle from Zoe at Porsche St Paul and it was maybe the best car buying experience Ive had. The entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They went out of their way to be helpful in every aspect of the deal from multiple test drives to rescheduling the closing/pick up and delivery. I will absolutely use them again for my next Porsche!
I am a long distance customer that happened upon the perfect car after a long search. David, Eugene and Anders were fantastic to work with and made sure that my 3.5 hour journey to take delivery was timely, but not rushed. This dealership has one of the best customer services ever for me. It’s not a regular dealership where you’d buy a car and not come back. You want to come back. The staff there is very helpful and kind, you get to have conversations with them, build a friendship, create trust and brand loyalty between the customer and staff. When I go to this dealership, they do not tell me things like “Please don’t touch that car” or look down on me like I cant afford it. Instead, the staff here will say “Let me unlock the car for you”. They’re very patient with the customer and don’t force a sale on you.
This dealerships staff put the customers first and always. I know for sure if I am going to buy my next car, I’m going to this dealership to once again, buy a Porsche.

I had an excellent out-of-state purchase experience with Porsche St. Paul. I live in Chicago; several months ago, I visited my local Porsche dealership and was not very happy with the service. I found the car that I was interested in online and sent an inquiry to the dealership. Within an hour, Zoe Hutton (Porsche Brand Ambassador) contacted me to discuss my interest. We quickly agreed on a fair trade-in value for my car and were able to complete the transaction via telephone and internet within 6 days. Zoe is awesome! She has an energetic personality, very professional, responsive and kept me updated throughout the transaction. I never conducted this type of transaction remotely, but Zoe was able to effectively guide me through the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend Zoe and Porsche St. Paul to anyone in the market to buy a Porsche.

He’s very knowledgeable, personable and always keeps me informed on the progress of my builds. He’s also the voice of reason when it comes to design.
